I usually have stomach problems whenever I am super stressed or nervous. Yesturday I started to have stomach problems, among other things, when I was excited.
I am staying overnight to help my sister with her basketball clinic for students with special needs. I am a special education teacher and I am really excited for this opportunity. I get to have a hotel room all to myself for one night and then spend the next day with my sister.
Well, in the middle of the night I woke up with a nauseaous feeling in my throat. My stomach does the occasional flip flop, but is mostly the feeling in my throat. My stool is also much softer and I feel like I need to go more often. Besides the stomach issues I also have this achy, stiff feeling through my fingers and I am having problems sitting still.
I have a lot more exciting things planned for the summer and I don't want to have to go through this everytime. Is there any tips for combating this?
