Fatigued, bruising, joint pain

The list could go on and on. I was wondering if anyone else in here has had the same problems that I have. My Cbc has come back normal. My brain scan has come back normal. My Nerve test came back that I had Carpal Tunnel. Most of my tests seem to come back normal and yet I still feel so exhausted all the time with extreme joint and back pain with extensive bruising. The doctor has me on Cymbalta which has helped me with my pain somewhat
