regularily sleep 5-6 hours a day, will I have a short lifespan?

I'm 21 years old. I know that 7-8 hours is an optimal sleep amount, but I almost always sleep 5-6 hours and that seems enough for me. I used to sleep 6-7 before though, but now I feel refreshed with 5 even. But now I've been experiencing insomnia because of fear that I will not live long because I've read that people who sleep less than 7-8 hours regularly don't live long.

Is that really true? I know people who sleep very little too, and they are still alive, and don't have any medical issues. I don't want to die young or live short because of not being able to sleep 7-8 hours naturally
