Severe Stomach pain

I have been struggling with some pretty severe stomach pain since maybe August of 2010, My DR sent me to a GI DR who ran some tests, told me nothing was wrong and sent me on my way. My DR, just dismissed it, she has me on acid reflux medication but I am positive that, that's not the complete problem. Also when I press down, even lightly, anywhere on my stomach area, it is extremely painful, any help would be greatly appreciated
