They also boost the immune system and this prevents diseases that may affect the body. For instance, most of the diseases occur when free radicals fight against the cells. When antioxidants from vitamins and other classes of foods are available, the immunity is boosted and the free radicals neutralized. There are so many benefits derived from different types of exercises as ways to improve memory. A person can visit a gym or exercise in the house depending on the program. For example, simple activities like walking, cycling, jogging and skipping rope assist the body tremendously. Exercising is part of the ways to improve memory because when the organs are active, toxins are released and the blood circulates oxygen to all parts, which makes the growth process improve. When body cells do not have sufficient levels of oxygen, they are redundant. If the brain is not active, the cells are not rejuvenated. However, once the individual becomes active whether in the field or taking part in indoor games, like chess and scrabble, the cells liven up and are engaged.
